The Bartlett School of Architecture postgraduate programmes located at UCL Here East are linked by their aspiration to transition to a more sustainable, equitable and enticing future. Bartlett Envisions Change showcases selected work of more than two hundred design community members from five interdisciplinary post-grad courses linked by their innovative propositions foreseeing a positive future. The postgraduate programs are namely - Design for Manufacture, Design for Performance and Interaction, Situated Practice, Bio-Integrated Design, Cinematic and Videogame Architecture spanning across themes of digital manufacturing, interactive design, contextualised spatial theories, bio-integrated design, future materiality and time-based immersive design visualisations respectively. The work exhibited approaches current and urgent challenges through a diverse range of lenses and medias, inviting the guests to reflect, discuss and engage with the rapidly evolving world of architecture and design. As part of the London Festival of Architecture, the Bartlett will open their doors for two days to showcase their work-in-progress research projects. We welcome you to explore UCL Here East’ cutting-edge facilities and engage in discussions with students, teachers and research professionals regarding the issues linked to some of the most current and pressing aspects of the contemporary world.
