City of London Migration History walking tour

04 June 2024

17:30 -19:30

Join the Migration Museum and the City BIDs to celebrate the news of the museum's future permanent home in the City of London, on a walking tour to discover how migration has shaped the City of London and Britain as a whole. Explore the streets where hundreds or stories, over thousands of years, demonstrate how migration is woven into the fabric of our society. From Jewish Synagogues to hidden monuments, and surprising stories of notable buildings, this tour shines a light on how migration shaped the heart of London and Britain across the centuries. Starting at the Spitalfields Market opposite Gun Street, the tour lasts two hours and ends near Fleet Street.
