Talks and Debates Neighbourhood | Ealing Road and Alperton

Co-existing Identities

25 June 2024

16:00 -17:30

Thriving neighbourhoods are built through a sense of community and religious buildings play a vital role in shaping local areas, serving as focal points for community engagement, social cohesion, and cultural understanding.

Mosques, churches, temples, synagogues, and other places of worship serve as more than just venues for religious rituals; they are also a hub for various communal activities and services. These spaces offer opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to come together, share experiences, and build relationships based on shared values and beliefs.

Join us for a panel discussion and a tour in the Shri Sanatan Hindu Mandir to understand: what are the must-have elements to build long-term sense of belonging amongst the different communities?
