Counter Culture: Reimagining Community Pharmacy, a creative dialogue at the Bromley by Bow Centre , where architects, pharmacists, researchers, and diverse creative communities collaborate to envision the future of inclusive and people-centred pharmacy spaces.
Embark on a journey of imagination with the Architecture of Pharmacies project, as we envision the pharmacy of the future together. Join us for an interactive creative dialogue led by researchers Dr Ranjita Dhital and Joseph Cook from University College London, as we explore innovative ways to design community pharmacy health spaces.
At ‘Counter Culture: Reimagining Community Pharmacy,’ expect insights from: architect Eleanor Borough (Public Practice); James Wood (Community Pharmacy England); Green Light Pharmacy; Heatherwick Studio; Catherine Walker (Royal Pharmaceutical Society Museum); and creative activities from Prof. Kate Allen (UEL), Samantha Walker (purpleSTARS) and Eloise Martin (UCL). We will close the evening with some refreshments and time to mingle!
Join us at the Bromley by Bow Centre in East London on 3rd June 2024 at 6-8pm, for an engaging evening that aims to embed health architecture thinking into pharmacy. Doors open 5.30pm. This event is centred around our Architecture of Pharmacies exhibition, located in the same venue, and open to the public from 29th May – 7th June (11am to 5pm weekdays).
