Drawing Ground invites local people to create a carpet of chalk drawings on the car park around Dalston Pavilion. Responding to themes of place, the carpet will be a colourful record of stories, thoughts, experiences and conversations between neighbours and the public realm to reveal learnings about the London Schools of Architecture’s new home. Through its medium it welcomes iterations and responses to create a backdrop for the pavilion that evolves throughout the duration of the festival.
