Parks for the Future: An evolutionary approach to regeneration

19 June 2024

18:30 -20:00

How do we celebrate a park’s heritage whilst responding to the evolving needs of local communities, ecosystems, and the urban context?

HTA Design, Bromley Council, the Crystal Palace Park Trust, and guests meet at the Crystal Palace Bowl for a panel discussion considering the seemingly juxtaposing needs of restoration and futureproofing.

Discussing the benefits of flexible landscape approaches in enabling long-term adaptability and resilience in response to natural ecosystems, changing climate patterns and varying community needs.

Natalia Roussou, Landscape Design Director, HTA Design
Veronica Templeton, Associate and Senior Chartered Landscape Architect, HTA Design
Tom Bevan, Heritage Project Manager Culture and Regeneration, Bromley Council
