Reimagining Regeneration – Doing things differently

27 June 2024

18:00 -21:00

This exhibition will explore one of Metropolitan Workshop’s latest projects, Carpenters Estate.

The development, which recently received planning permission, will be located next to Stratford station and provides for up to 2,022 high quality and sustainable homes based on a resident-led masterplan. Brought forward by Newham Council’s wholly owned development company Populo and approved by the London Legacy Development Corporation, the project is a collaboration between many partners, with Tibbalds, CampbellReith, Proctor & Matthews Architects, LDA and make:good all playing different roles within the scheme.

A key part of the project is the local engagement that put residents at the heart of decision making.
