Reimagining the RCP building: family workshop

15 June 2024

10:00 -12:30

Is it a ‘sausage factory’? Is it a’ battleship’? Is it a napping concrete creature? The Royal College of Physicians’ headquarters has been called many things over the years – now it is your chance to reimagine what the building could be.

In this special family event take part in an enjoyable range of activities designed to look at the architecture of the RCP in a completely different way. You will learn why it was designed the way it was, and be encouraged to think creatively about what it could be. From fantastical recreation to practical reconstruction, bring your imagination and learn how architects past and present shape lives with their designs.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Light refreshments will be provided.
