Retrofit Meets: Reimagining Commercial Spaces

Chaired by Marion Baeli of 10 Design this session brings together architects, engineers and products manufacturers who have all worked on a commercial project.

Marion is joined by Peter Fisher of Bennetts Associates who is undertaking a deep retrofit of an office building in the centre of London with the aim of achieving NABER 5* certification and Adrian Lindsey of Buckley Gray Yeoman who is working on a full energy efficient retrofit of Thirty High, also an office building in London. Hugh McGilveray from Eckersley O’Callaghan will highlight case studies of commercial projects where EOC’s extensive expertise in structural and façade engineering have been applied, Kevin O’Neill from REHAU will also join. Kevin will discuss The Exchange; a 1970’s building recently fitted with modern REHAU windows. Join us to learn about the successful repurpose of these buildings.
