We are a sustainable London-based builder, delivering inspirational homes and workplaces with Passivhaus principles.
Our residential projects include new build architectural homes, refurbishments of heritage properties and house extensions at all scales. We can offer a complete turn-key solution, including design and build, sustainable refurbishment analysis, structural engineering, landscaping, specialist M&E and joinery.
Our team of craftspeople work toward the most stringent Passivhaus eco-design principles of airtightness, insulation, triple glazing and MVHR. This approach enables us to deliver low-energy properties that are healthy, warm and comfortable throughout the year with exceptionally low running costs.
Our event is an open studio with drawings and presentation of multiple case study projects, an opportunity to handle sustainable products, such as airtight tape, membranes and woodfibre insulation, as well as meet the design and construction teams.
Drop-in from 5.00pm, no booking required.

Our studio is in the historic Bleeding Heart Yard, off Greville Street in Hatton Garden BID, near Farringdon station. When you enter the Yard, the door to our building is immediately in front of you. Our studio is located on the first floor with no lift.
