What do we really want from the office? The power of being interesting

20 June 2024

8:30 -10:30

What makes an office compelling? And what is the impact of a boring office?

Join a panel of industry experts from design, research and real estate backgrounds to discuss the key components of ‘interesting’ workplaces. The discussion will explore how we can quantify and attach value to the benefits of an engaging office environment, the best examples of ‘interesting’ offices, quick fixes for improving workplaces and how to improve offices from the inside and out in meaningful ways. From occupier experience to sustainability and broader community impact. The panel will also consider the role that the ‘interesting’ office can play as an integral part of the fabric of our town and city centres.

Confirmed speakers:
• Indy Johar, Co-Founder, 00 & LFA Festival Committee Member
• Eliot Postma, Partner, Heatherwick
• Juliette Morgan, ESG Director, Gensler
• Despina Katsikakis, BCO President (Chair)
